It’s a wrap…time to head home
In the morning Jim and I take a cab to the closest town Estepona. It is evidently known for its 13,000 color coded flower pots.
We walk for a couple of hours strolling thru the town before heading back to the resort.
At the resort we have had Greek and Italian food, but here was a new option (which we did not try)

Once back at the resort we spend the entire afternoon in and around the pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better ending to our trip.
And we finally get to enjoy the bubbly Mike and Elena gave me for my birthday. We tried taking it with us to a restaurant in Valencia and they would not serve it - no option for corkage fee here. Same thing at the resort. So we took it to the pool bar and they said it was a 50 Euro charge to open and serve, so I offered to open it ourselves and asked for 3 glasses and it was the same 50 Euros…so we had it in our room on our own balcony- no additional charges and we played more monopoly cards! It was well worth the wait.
Good night from Spain. Next stop Malaga airport, then Barcelona and home.

How perfect!
I’m serving burrata like that picture at my next cheese night.
I loved Estepona! You all three looked relaxed. Great blog! ☺️😎😌
